As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic staff and help us further engage with our vibrant community.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and waste management.
  • Provide training and development to new and existing staff members.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing the restaurant’s budget, including food costs, and other operational expenses.
  • Work with management to ensure all cash handling, POS operations, and financial transactions are accurate.
  • Monitor restaurant performance and implement process improvements where needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Manage orders on grab food, shopee food and food panda

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess a High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in hospitality or business is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
  • Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends.
