  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location : Taman Perindustrian Subang Utama, Shah Alam.

· Maintain business in existing customers.

· To attend regular meeting with all Department Managers

· Identify and pursue business opportunities.

· Build and maintain client relationships.

· Develop business strategies for growth

· Manage proposals and contracts.

· Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.

· Assist in developing and implementing internal control measures.

· Monitor industry trends and regulations.

· Track performance and prepare reports for management.

· Assist and attend the tender briefing, site survey and site investigation arrangement.

· Assist in sourcing the relevant suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.

· To assist in the CIDB project reporting

· Coordinate with the department for accurate invoicing and payment collection.

· Verify the sales contents, quotations, and PO amount.

REQUIREMENTS :

· Degree in Engineering (M&E Engineering/ Electrical Engineering) or equivalent.

· Min 7 years or above experiences in M&E Engineering in construction field.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies

· Able to travel outstation and project site.

· Able to speak English, Bahasa & Mandarin .

5 working day, allowance + phone package & etc.
