  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Requirement:-

  • At least Diploma / Degree holder in any field of studies.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as On-the-Job Training will be provided.
  • Experience in liaising with Architect, Consultant, Contractor, and Building Owner will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 - 5-year(s) work experience in Sales / Marketing.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ensure work accuracy is achieved and company regulations are fully complied with.
  • MUST possess own transport.

Job Descriptions:-

  • Mainly responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new/existing business opportunities.
  • To manage project development from initiation to closure.
  • To build up and manage the project pipelines in the assigned area to maximize the business with them and achieve the sales target.
  • To understand customers’ needs and successfully bring company products/ service directly to customers.
  • To build and strengthen relationships with potential partners and customers i.e. Contractors, Developer, Design Consultant, Interior Designers & End users.
  • To do customer mapping to identify the main players in market segments.
  • To develop key customer relationships and develop action plans for each customer, ensure continuity of effective communication with customers and identify key decision makers.
  • To track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
  • To negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • To respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanor when handling all matters.
  • To forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plans.
  • To assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge.
