  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Role Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. The candidate should have a proactive approach to market research, strategic planning, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural, engineering, and construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, reports, bids for potential projects and ad-hoc duties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, and project management) to align business strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Track and analyze business performance, providing reports and insights to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
  • 4-5 years of experience in architectural/engineering or a related role within the AEC industry.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering services, project management, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Bahasa (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
