POSITION TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. The candidate should have a proactive approach to market research, strategic planning, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural, engineering, and construction sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, consultants, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, reports, bids for potential projects and ad-hoc duties.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, and project management) to align business strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Track and analyze business performance, providing reports and insights to management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin.
- 4-5 years of experience in architectural/engineering or a related role within the AEC industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering services, project management, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
