  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, account reconciliation, and cost management for our growing business operations, including multiple school brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports for all business entities
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements

2. Account Reconciliation

  • Reconcile cash, bank, and other financial accounts to maintain accurate records
  • Investigate and resolved discrepancies in financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Malaysian financial regulations
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA are an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Early shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
