  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Dispatch Officer to manage the shipping and delivery of finished products. You will be responsible for coordinating dispatch schedules, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of all shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the dispatch of finished products according to the production schedule.
  • Prepare and organize shipping documents, including invoices and delivery notes.
  • Ensure products are correctly labeled, packaged, and ready for shipment.
  • Track and monitor the delivery status of shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with logistics teams, drivers, and customers to resolve any shipping issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during dispatch operations.
  • Assist with inventory management by updating stock levels and dispatch records.
  • Report any production or shipping delays to the relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma (further education or logistics certification is a plus).
  • 1 year of experience in a dispatch or logistics role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Have ability to use computer and its related skills such as Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
