  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, fostering positive working relationships and addressing concerns to support a productive environment.
  • Policy Development & Communication: Assist in creating, enforcing, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Address policy-related queries and provide support to employees.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare and manage HR documents, including memos, notices, letters, and forms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Payroll Support: Verify payroll reports, analyze payroll trends, and support management decision-making by providing relevant payroll insights.
  • Claims & Record Management: Maintain accurate records of all claim's activities, analyze patterns, and support the development of claims processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, stay updated on legislative changes and address legal matters as needed.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to ensure new hires are well-integrated and aligned with company policies.
  • Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain confidential and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations, in line with data protection regulations.
  • Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that support skill development, leadership growth, and career progression. Manage HRDC affairs, including training grant applications and reporting compliance.
