Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining customer relationships, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in processing sales orders, preparing quotations, and following up on customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Support sales representatives by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain team to prevent shortages or delays.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitor research.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with company policies and industry standards.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role in the electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
