As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Leading the identification and pursuit of strategic growth opportunities to expand the company's market presence and achieve long-term objectives.

Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of business development strategies.
Leading and managing major business development initiatives, driving strategic projects that contribute to overall business success.
Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
