You will play an important role in these key areas:

Drive the Sales and High Standard of Customer Service

  • Maintaining and upholding the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales and customer service whilst providing excellent service experience to customers.
  • Work to hit personal sales and other store target.
  • Execute sales strategies and action plans provided by brand team
  • Introduce and effectively promote right product to new and existing clients.
  • Communicate with Store Manager to build sales, teamwork and handle customer complaints.

Maintain Best Retail Standards

  • Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.
  • Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.
  • Working together with Managers to manage inventory and minimize stock losses

Reporting

  • Updating customer database on frequent basis.
  • Calculate and submit self-commission Report to Store Manager timely and accurately.
  • Perform accurate sales transactions and sales collections.
  • Any Ad Hoc reporting as required by the Managers.
