Administrative Support

  • Compile and submit customer documents to financial institutions for loan applications and loan disbursement.
  • File and organize all company and customer-related documents.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, consignment agreements, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate car ownership transfers and assist with bank settlements for customers.
  • Respond to inquiries and comments on online platforms to encourage sales conversions.
  • Monitor & respond to online feedback & reviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Handle daily accounting tasks (bookkeeping, invoices, bank reconciliation, petty cash).
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
  • Team Coordination Collaborate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
