Administrative Support
- Compile and submit customer documents to financial institutions for loan applications and loan disbursement.
- File and organize all company and customer-related documents.
- Assist in preparing invoices, consignment agreements, and other documentation.
- Coordinate car ownership transfers and assist with bank settlements for customers.
- Respond to inquiries and comments on online platforms to encourage sales conversions.
- Monitor & respond to online feedback & reviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Handle daily accounting tasks (bookkeeping, invoices, bank reconciliation, petty cash).
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
- Team Coordination Collaborate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth workflow.
