Responsibilities
- To assist in data entry, prepare record and perform general clerical job.
- Ensure data entries are accurately maintained and readily available
- Handle invoice, delivery order, calculate the stock before pick up
- To handle daily administrative of front desk duties which includes emails, mails and all incoming calls
- To perform other admin job as requested
- Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior
- Working date is six days (during probation) & may change to alternate Saturday (after probation)
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/ ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate on Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point, Independent and able to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin language
- Knowledge on AUTOCOUNT system
工作时间:6天制,上午9:00至下午6:00(周六将采取轮休制)

主要职责:
- 协助进行数据输入,准备记录和执行一般文书工作。确保数据输入准确,随时可用。
- 处理发票、交货单,出货前计算准确出库货物
- 处理日常行政工作,包括电子邮件、邮件和所有来电
- 根据要求执行其他行政工作
- 根据上级的要求执行任何其他职责
- 试用期内工作日期为六天,之后可能变为轮休制的周六
职位要求:
- 必须至少拥有中学/SPM/‘O’水平或同等学历
- 至少1年相关领域的工作经验
- 具有良好的交际和沟通能力
- 精通Microsoft Excel、Word和PowerPoint,能独立在规定时间里完成工作
- 英语、马来语和华语流利
- 熟悉AUTOCOUNT系统
