Are you detail-oriented and skilled in accounting? Join our finance team as an Account Clerk at Icare Rx Sdn Bhd, a growing community pharmacy company!

  • Handle Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivable and other accounting functions and performs variety of general accounting support tasks
  • Handle in monthly accounts reconciliation and month end closing
  • To monitor debtors / creditors aging and ensure all the payments are up to date and accurate
  • Ensure all accounting entries are complete and accurate when entered into the accounting system
  • Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled
  • Ensure details entered in the system are correct and accurate at all times.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of department filing
  • To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by Superior.

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in accounting or equivalent
  • Candidate with relevant experience will be given priority
  • Good interpersonal skill, well organized and positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently and have team work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity
  • Familiar with Autocount Software will be an added advantage
