  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying insightful and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data teams to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions that drive data-informed decisions. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data modeling, and a passion for business intelligence.


Job Responsibilities

  • Delivery of high-impact dashboards and reports aligned with business objectives
  • Improvement in data accessibility and visualization across departments
  • Reduction in manual reporting efforts and increase in reporting automation User satisfaction scores and adoption rates of BI solutions
  • Accuracy and performance of developed data models and reports
  • Contribution to data governance and data quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Work with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Create and optimize data models using Power BI and DAX
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI platforms
  • Implement and follow best practices in Power BI development and documentation
  • Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions to support evolving business needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve BI tool issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Support self-service BI adoption by training and guiding business users

Functional skills and knowledge

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database concepts
  • Experience working with large datasets and data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, Azure, etc.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, data governance, and business intelligence architecture
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus
  • Experience integrating Power BI with other tools like SharePoint, Power Automate, or APIs is desirable
