Job Summary:

As a Doorman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their stay with us. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests upon arrival, assist with opening doors, and provide assistance with luggage as needed. Additionally, you will offer directions, recommendations, and other helpful information to guests to ensure they have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Your impeccable customer service skills, professionalism, and ability to anticipate guests' needs will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Due to visa limitations, only locals will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as the first point of contact, creating a positive first impression
  • Open doors for arriving and departing guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Assist guests with luggage as needed, providing convenient and comfortable service
  • Offer directions to hotel facilities or local attractions, ensuring easy navigation
  • Provide recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, and other services based on guests' preferences
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, ensuring all guest interactions are positive, polite, and attentive
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively address potential requests for a seamless experience
  • Contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience
  • Ensure the entrance area remains tidy and safe for all guests
  • Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient service delivery

Requirements:

- SPM or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Doorman or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
