Documentation clerk (Immigration Document Submission)
Job description
· To manage overall daily Administrative
· Drafting of emails, letters and other correspondences to clients and various Government
Agencies.
· Liaise with various Government agencies such as Embassies, Immigration offices, JTK etc.
· Preparing documents for submission for foreign workers
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time-to-time
· Responsible to entertain any government request such as labour department, immigration,
etc. by providing the information required to ensure smoothly process.
· Must be able to handle all ESD application and submission.
Requirements:
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to organize and prioritize task effectively.
· Must have knowledge in immigration document submission.
· Experience in Manpower Agency and handling of immigration documentation will be an added advantage.
Working Hours : Mon to Fri (9.00am to 5.30pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
