  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Store Supervisor – Full Time

Location: BBCC Lalaport

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to the team to help them with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction strategies.
  • Promote and encourage upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention tactics.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty industry to share knowledge with the team.
  • Beauty savvy and customer service oriented.
  • Provide luxury customer service levels to all customers.
  • Well-versed in product knowledge.
  • Ensure stocks are replenished on need-to-basis and adhere to stock replenishment procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years in any retail field
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.
  • With strong sense of responsibility & pro-activity.
  • Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
  • MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Able to speak in English & Bahasa

Remuneration package:

  • Basic RM 2,800.00 – RM 3,800.00
  • Grooming Allowance RM 100.00
  • 15% Employer EPF Contribution
  • Product Claim (RM 4,800.00/annum)
  • Staff Purchase - 50%
  • OT Applicable
  • Commission Average (RM 1,500.00 – RM 3,500.00/month)
  • 6 days’ off/ month, 5-6 days/week
  • 16 days annual leave
  • 7.5 hours work and 1 hour break/day
