Job Purpose
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing and Public Relation Specialist to lead and oversee the Group’s portfolio. We are seeking an individual to enhance our brand visibility, engage our target audience and drive customer loyalty. This includes all aspects of brand promotion, content creation, digital strategy and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and foot traffic.
· Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. This includes content creation and any collaboration with team or 3rd party designers for visual appealing content.
· Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search rankings.
· Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging content and marketing collateral.
· Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
· Optimize marketing ROI through data-driven decision-making and campaign analysis.
· Ability to design marketing materials, digital visual assets and create content for social media postings. This includes offline marketing such as posters, banners, menus.
· Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent posting schedules, including trends. Able to suggest innovative engagement strategies.
· Engage with followers, respond to comments.
Public Relations
· Build relationships with food bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to gain coverage and reviews.
· Draft press releases and pitch stories to local and regional publications.
· Handle crisis communication effectively to maintain brand reputation.
· Engage directly with diners through social media or in-person interactions to foster a sense of community.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or any related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience within the hospitality industry, preferably overseeing multiple F&B outlets or a group of outlets.
· Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation.
· Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially food-related content as well as hospitality related content.
· Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
· Creative mindset with a passion for the F&B industry and current trends.
· Strong skills in content creation, food/ video photography and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
· Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, XHS and any other analytics platforms.
· Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners, influencers and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,300.00 per month
