  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Good to announce that we are hiring for Human Resource Executive (Sustainability) position. - Base in Q-Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

As the executive in charge for Sustainability, you will play a crucial role in driving the sustainability journey of the entire organization, creating the values through the culture of performance and loyalty, to make an impact towards workforce productivity improvement.

Overall, this position will be accountable to:

  • To support in the implementation of SDG (Sustainability Development Goal) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies across the entire business operation.
  • To develop and execute the ongoing company’s Sustainability strategic plan within stipulated timeframe.
  • Equip the Company with awareness, as well as keeping the human capital informed on the sustainability related policy, latest update, trends and developments.
  • To track company SDG/ESG performance and accomplishment via UN SDG Action Manager Tracking and others related systematic tracking system.
  • To prepare the timely performance report of company ESG and SDG policy accomplishment.
  • Assist the Executive Director (ED) with general administrative tasks, performing the secretarial support with the utmost integrity.
  • Keep important and critical documents safe, maintaining organised filing system and its confidentiality.
  • Adhere to any further administrative instructions from the upper management.

Job Requirement:

  • The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource/ Environmental Management.
  • Experience in Sustainability roles and Occupational Safety and Health Environment for one (1) year will be an added advantage.
  • Have analytical, problem solving, reporting, and documentation skillset.
  • Have a pleasant personality, discipline, high integrity, good communication skill.
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm to learn and strong inclination towards achieving res
