  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? If you have a keen eye for payroll processing, recruitment, and HR operations, we want YOU on our team!

What We're Looking For:

Education:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Human Resources or a related field. (Certification in payroll administration is a plus!)
  • Experience: 1-3 years in payroll processing or HR-related roles. Experience in the F&B retail chain is an advantage.
  • Languages: Proficient in English & Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Understanding of Malaysia Employment Act
  • Experience with HR software & systems is an added advantage Personal Traits:
  • High integrity in handling confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Self-disciplined, eager to learn, and able to withstand pressure

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while liaising with EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF, and other statutory bodies.
  • Recruitment & Hiring: Manage vacancy postings, pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee staff onboarding.
  • HR Policies & Employee Relations: Assist in implementing HR procedures, handling grievances, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian Employment Act.
  • HR System & Documentation: Maintain employee records and support the company's HR operations with best practices.
  • General HR Support: Provide assistance in HR matters as needed by the management.
