Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Executive with a focus on Payment Collection, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers throughout the solar installation journey. You will act as the bridge between the customer, finance, and internal teams, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while ensuring that financial processes are executed efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to cash flow health and smooth system activation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payment Collection Coordination

  • Manage and follow up on full payments and installment payment plans (IPP) via bank transfer, credit card terminals, or Payex links.
  • Engage with customers to confirm payment timelines, methods, and bank preferences.
  • Schedule and coordinate on-site credit card terminal visits or send Payment links as needed.

2. Customer Communication

  • Maintain proactive and courteous communication with customers to guide them through payment processes.
  • Provide reminders, confirmations, and support related to outstanding payments, billing details, or transaction issues.
  • Handle sensitive financial discussions with empathy and clarity.

3. CRM & Documentation

  • Accurately log all payment-related activities and statuses in the CRM system.
  • Upload receipts, payment confirmations, and settlement reports for Finance verification.
  • Ensure that payment records are always current and reflect the latest customer interactions.

4. Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Sales, Finance, and Installation teams to align on payment status, stock readiness, and installation scheduling.
  • Assist the Finance team with reconciling discrepancies or special payment cases.

5. Process Monitoring & Improvement

  • Track collection KPIs such as collection rate and time-to-payment.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the payment collection SOP and customer experience.
  • Support weekly reporting on payment statuses and collection performance.

6. Other Current CX related tasks including Customer Management & Customer Support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
