  • Assist in processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update purchasing records accordingly
  • Manage inventory levels of materials or products
  • Follow up on delivery of the purchased items
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Liaise between departments and provide clerical support when necessary
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Degreein Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in other HR functions will be an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Willing to work in Damansara Heights
  • Able to start as soon as possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Required)
