Job Description:
- Responsible for write reports, minutes of meeting (in Mandarin and English) of working committees of the Chamber.
- To plan & organise events such as seminars, talks, trade mission, visits etc.
- Assist in members’ application of APEC Business Travel Card and others administrative support.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree /Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia . Able to write and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply due to work nature requirement.
- Familiarity with computer operation, social media, website management, knowledge on graphic design will be given preferences
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills and organisational skills
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
