Job Description:

  • Responsible for write reports, minutes of meeting (in Mandarin and English) of working committees of the Chamber.
  • To plan & organise events such as seminars, talks, trade mission, visits etc.
  • Assist in members’ application of APEC Business Travel Card and others administrative support.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree /Advanced Diploma or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia . Able to write and speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply due to work nature requirement.
  • Familiarity with computer operation, social media, website management, knowledge on graphic design will be given preferences
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills and organisational skills
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
