  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Onsite coordination and supervision works during build-up and tear down of projects.
  • Assist in pre-event preparation, onsite operation to post-event reporting and analysis.
  • Constantly looking for new potential clients.
  • Source and compare vendor quotations, negotiate and prepare costing and quotation to clients.
  • Prepare documents from BoQ, issuing quotations, invoices to payment collections.
  • Communicate with logistic management, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery during operation.
  • Always be ready to provide further assistance to the clients and maintaining good rapport and strong client relationship.
  • Assist in any other operations related ad-hoc tasks given by management.
  • Evaluate each project and recommend report to identify issues and opportunity to improve for future performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Open to Malaysian only.
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in event / exhibition / project management or any related industry.
  • Experience in coordinating interior design on commercial & retail display, road show and exhibition supervision.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team with good problem solving skills.
  • Good personality with positive attitude, self-initiative & motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work flexible hours and during public holidays/weekends to meet tight deadlines, replacement leave will be compensated.
  • Able to travel to outstation / overseas when assigned.
  • Usage and knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques is an added advantage.
  • Well spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese/Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.
