
Retail Visual Merchandiser
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and organized Product Merchandiser to oversee the retail display and promotional coordination for our component and memory product categories. This role is responsible for ensuring all visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines, updating branches on current promotions, and supporting brand presence both in-store and on social media.
After the initial onboarding period, the candidate will also begin assisting with component product purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Display & Visual Merchandising
- Manage and execute in-store merchandising and decoration for all computer accessories and laptop/desktop product categories,
- Ensure displays are visually appealing, up-to-date, and consistent across all branches,
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maintain brand alignment in retail presentations.
2. Promotion Synchronization
- Update and sync monthly promotions with all branches, ensuring timely execution and accuracy,
- Share and communicate brand-specific promotions and marketing materials to branches,
- Ensure promotional materials are displayed according to brand standards.
3. Social Media & Content Support
- Assist branches with social media posting, including product photos and promotional visuals,
- Capture and share high-quality PC setup images, in line with branding needs,
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely content updates and brand engagement across platforms.
4. Component Product Purchasing (Post-Training)
- After a 3-month onboarding period, begin assisting with component category purchasing,
- Monitor stock levels and assist in identifying fast-moving or high-demand items,
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for order planning and stock replenishment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or marketing coordination is preferred,
- Strong eye for visual design and product presentation,
- Familiar with PC components and memory categories is an added advantage,
- Good organizational and communication skills,
- Proficient in basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus,
- Willing to learn and assist in product purchasing and stock management,
- Able to travel to branches for display setup and audit when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
