Purpose of Position
To support Accounting and Controlling for APAC countries.


Key Tasks

  • Prepare journal entries and post them in CW1 or SAP ERP.
  • Prepare supporting documents for journal entries.
  • Upload supporting documents into CW1 or SAP ERP in a timely manner.
  • Prepare prepayment schedules, journals, and postings.
  • Prepare ABT files and perform reconciliations.
  • Conduct IFRS – Plannon reconciliations.
  • Record payroll, bonuses, benefits, and holiday allowance journal entries.
  • Prepare WIP & ACS files and post related journal entries.
  • Ensure the completeness of the closing process by following the monthly checklist and updating it accordingly.
  • Handle fixed asset creation and retirement.
  • Manage customs duty clearing and GST/VAT clearing.
  • Prepare SAP BPC/EPM reports.
  • Prepare SKF for allocation runs.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations.
  • Conduct balance sheet reviews and presentations.
  • Follow up on balance sheet review action items.
  • Reconcile monthly intercompany variances.
  • Monitor AIF/SM35 processes.
  • Resolve interface issues between IT and Operations.
  • Provide support for other duties and projects as assigned.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capability to meet deadlines and deliver results within agreed timelines.
  • Strong communication skills—fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team members and business partners.
