Assistant Resort Manager
Operational Management:
Support the Resort Manager in managing the daily operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and recreational services.
Ensure all departments work collaboratively to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Monitor operational efficiency, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Guest Relations:
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively.
Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Staff Supervision:
Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising resort staff.
Embed and implement SOPs, BOSM, and systems
Motivate and mentor the team to uphold Attaché 2.0’s service standards.
Manage the team, duty roster, MOD, guest ambassador
Financial Oversight:
Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial reporting
P&L Review, forecasting .
Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities for growth.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the resort.
Event Coordination:
Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute private functions, corporate events, and themed nights.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
