EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Communication Management:
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with relevant documents and briefing materials.
Project Management:
- Assist the CEO in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of discretion in all interactions.
Office Management:
- Oversee office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
Event Planning:
- Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and executive retreats.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
