Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies, implementing marketing strategies that promote the company’s brand and message. This will involve conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and developing targeted campaigns that resonate with the target audience. Able to think creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture the attention of the target audience. Attention to detail, have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and free of errors
- Managing marketing campaigns: oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, above the line and below the line. You will work closely with the marketing and campaign team to develop compelling content that effectively communicates the brand message.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as (not limited to) product development, sales, and management teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives. You will also collaborate with external partners, such as creative agencies, advertising agencies and media partners, to develop and execute campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including creating timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with team members and vendors
- Excellent communication skills: strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills: able to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions about future marketing initiatives
- Digital marketing skills: should have experience with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO
- B2C Marketing knowledge is a must, and to also be able to understand B2B marketing is an added advantage (TikTok Shop Seller, Creator, and Agencies)
- Staying current with industry trends: You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure that the company’s marketing campaigns remain relevant and effective.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above with 5 years of experience in Internet companies, brand companies, or agencies
- English proficiency required
- Marketing expertise: You should have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, and targeting.
- Creative thinking: You should be able to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Excellent marketing planning skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
- Analytical skills: You should be able to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Project management skills: You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Understands and is experienced in budget management and forecasting.
- Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to marketing hotspot
- Strong executive ability, communication ability, and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills
