Location: Taman Selat, Butterworth, Pulau Pinang.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for both export and import processes.
- Communicate with customers regarding export and import shipments.
- Generate job numbers/files and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and review customs documents before submission to customers.
- Ensure all documentation is properly organized for filing and billing purposes.
- Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
- Collect and compile third-party bills to support invoicing documentation.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Must hold at least an SPM Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Ideally, able to declare customs forms K1, K2, K3, and K8, and possess a KEK certificate.
