Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with at least 5 years of managerial experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ocean freight and supply chain solutions, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small sales and customer service team.
- Develop and expand ocean freight pipelines while achieving sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive company profitability.
- Sell integrated supply chain solutions, including sea & air freight, customs clearance, and cross-border trucking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with international counterparts to generate new business leads.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize overall account performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Experience in the petrochemical industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to contribute extra hours when required.
