Job Description & Duties:
- Collaborate with teams (engineering and management) to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare documentation for any exceptions or deviations in the order fulfillment process.
- Create detailed quotations based on customer needs and specifications, meeting deadlines.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy before they’re entered by the Distribution Sales department.
- Communicate with customers and staff to clarify order details, address issues, and ensure understanding.
- Manage the full quotation and order process, ensuring all clarifications, revisions, and issues are handled.
- Stay current with product knowledge and industry updates to streamline the order process.
- Follow up with customers on order status and ensure timely delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage proposals and the order fulfillment process.
- Strong customer relationship skills to assess and meet customer needs, keeping detailed records to tailor the process.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and ensure proposals align with customer requirements.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to coordinate with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
