  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at the construction site.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of M&E installations.
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, project requirements, and industry standards.
  • Ensure all M&E works adhere to relevant regulations, safety protocols, and contractual agreements.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily reports, progress updates, and inspection checklists.
  • Communicate with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding project updates and approvals.
  • Conduct safety briefings and enforce adherence to workplace safety regulations.
  • Assist in preparing project handover documentation, including as-built drawings and operation manuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in M&E site supervision, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of M&E systems, installation techniques, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations, safety guidelines, and quality control measures.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach to technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
