As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing general support to quality assurance (QA) directors, conducting in-depth quality assurance reviews, assisting on recovery teams and with root cause analysis.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement innovative testing strategies to enhance quality assurance processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards
Utilize automation tools effectively to streamline testing procedures
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on quality assurance best practices
Advanced proficiency in Manual Testing is required.
Advanced level of proficiency in Selenium is recommended.
Quality Assurance (QA) proficiency at an advanced level, Quality Management proficiency at an advanced level, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) proficiency at an intermediate level, and Postman (Software) proficiency at an advanced level are suggested.
