Job Summary:
The Admin Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics and transportation services. This position involves handling a variety of administrative tasks such as managing shipment records, Delivery Order (DO), processing invoices, coordinating with operation teams, and providing exceptional customer support. The Admin Clerk will also assist with document management, and other clerical duties to maintain organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, all while contributing to the seamless flow of operations within the logistics department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist the Admin Executive with document preparation, organization, and filing, including Delivery Orders (DOs).
2. Coordination with Logistics Teams:
- Collaborate with the operation team and drivers to track shipments, DO's compiling for billing/invoice submission.
3. Data Entry:
- Accurately enter data related to shipments, inventory, and invoices into the company’s systems for record-keeping and reporting purposes
4. General Administrative Support:
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies, as well as assisting other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience Administrative roles, especially in the logistics industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of document filing systems and general administrative practices.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
