Job Responsibilities:
PAYROLL
- Add new employees to the Excel payslip and update for confirmation or other changes.
- Register new employees with Perkeso (EIS) promptly.
- Follow up on staff attendance, including rest days, shift changes, odd pair clocking, and new outlet clock source appeals.
- Ensure employees apply for leave and supervisors approve leave requests.
- Finalize salary by outlet, prepare net pay amounts for the bank, and generate PDF & text files for salary and advance payments.
- Provide PDF soft copies of attendance and payslips for each employee and input individual salary transaction details for EA amounts.
- Prepare the yearly EA form and file signed salary letters in each employee’s personal file.
- Follow up on claim documents, including Socso – Borang 34 summary of job scope.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Human Resource or any related field;
- Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage;
