Job Responsibilities:

PAYROLL

  • Add new employees to the Excel payslip and update for confirmation or other changes.
  • Register new employees with Perkeso (EIS) promptly.
  • Follow up on staff attendance, including rest days, shift changes, odd pair clocking, and new outlet clock source appeals.
  • Ensure employees apply for leave and supervisors approve leave requests.
  • Finalize salary by outlet, prepare net pay amounts for the bank, and generate PDF & text files for salary and advance payments.
  • Provide PDF soft copies of attendance and payslips for each employee and input individual salary transaction details for EA amounts.
  • Prepare the yearly EA form and file signed salary letters in each employee’s personal file.
  • Follow up on claim documents, including Socso – Borang 34 summary of job scope.

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Human Resource or any related field;
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experience;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
