  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job responsibilities

  • Determine product, process and customer requirement into inspection standard or inspection plan.
  • Train supervisor and inspector on how to inspect a product based on inspection plan.
  • Involve in FMEA during new product introduction and review when necessary.
  • Review capability studies of processes, manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Participate in sample run and trial run of new products to ensure that product quality requirements
are fulfilled, and report problem encountered to the team.
  • Performs sample inspection according to customer requirements with standard report generated.
  • Implement SPC for critical processes or when there is a requirement.
  • Initiate 8D meeting with team to analyze customer complaint and returned product.
  • Ensure 8D is reviewed by QM/Section Head and KAM before reply to customer.
  • Ensure 8D is replied on time to customers and closed if actions are done and effective.
  • Monitor and analyze outgoing product quality, quality gate trends and initiate appropriate action to
resolve the problems with relevant departments.
  • Lead Visual Quick Quality Control (VQQC) meeting with fixed meeting frequency with team.
  • Involve with team and customer meeting and lead for quality issues
  • Liaison with applicable safety regulatory body inspection and follow up with relevant department for
the generation of corrective action and its closure.
  • Lead or participate in kaizen activities.
  • Aware of department KPI and strive to achieve the KPI target.
  • Adhere to Escatec working rules.
  • Ensure good 5S in workplace.
  • Any other duties assigned by superior.

Job requirements

  • Preferably Degree in Engineering Discipline
