Job Responsibilities:
- Checking purchase journal after automatically run of PMJ
- Reconcile Accrual Purchase Order Receipt with General Ledger
- Preparing journal entry, monthly profit/loss and balance sheet account
- Preparing of audit schedule and attending to external auditor for yearly audit
- Select payment, budget operational requirement, preparing cash requisition to AMSI every fortnightly
- Cash monitoring to ensure no cash shortfall in company’s operation
- Quarterly KPWX reporting for submission to Bank Negara and attending to auditor for yearly audit
- Preparing of monthly statistic report
- Analysis of monthly profit/loss account and balance sheet
- Checking accounts allocation in Purchase Request
- Checking all invoices to ensure work correctly processed by Subordinate.
- Checking payment voucher before submission to Finance Manager for Approval.
- Checking zero cost transaction
- In charge of incoming TT/cheques and knock of Account Receivable
- Fixed Assets tagging for newly purchase assets.
- Preparing monthly/yearly cost and depreciation schedule for fixed assets.
- Assisting Finance Manager as and when required, daily supervision of subordinate.
- Extract Product Costing, emailed Finance Manager for Checking.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Accounting
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
- Able to prepare full sets of account.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
