  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location : Taman Perindustrian UEP, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Shifts:

Shift Morning - Mon-Fri : 8am-5pm, Sat : 8am-1pm

Shift Afternoon - Mon-Fri : 1pm-10pm, Sat : 12pm-5pm

Job Description :

  • Lead in the execution of Warehouse Inbound, Warehouse Outbound and Trade Return Operations in compliance with SOP.
  • Ensure accuracy between physical and documentation for Warehouse Inbound, Warehouse Outbound and Trade Return Operations.
  • Managing the operational issues and providing solutions.
  • Supervising warehouse employees on daily activities.
  • Operating Material Handling Equipment; Reach Truck, Forklift, and Power Pallet Truck when required.
  • Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any required documentation.
  • Coordinating and maintaining Daily Housekeeping.
  • Coordinating and maintaining Material Handling Equipment.
  • Ensuring the maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Executing Daily Cycle Count and/ or Stock Take Process.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of SPM, STPM, Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Material Handling Equipment, Reach Truck, Forklift and Power Pallet Truck.
  • Certified Material Handling Specialist.
  • Hand-Eye Coordination.
  • Safety Awareness.
  • Excellent with SAP and Excel
  • Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and good team player.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work on Shift Schedule.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • FMCG: 1 year (Preferred)
