Job Responsibilities
As an Executive, Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. You will be responsible for managing various sales processes, collecting and analyzing data and implementing strategies to improve overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with business objectives
- Develop and implement sales processes from lead generation to deal closure ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
- Streamline and automate sales processes to improve productivity and reduce manual efforts
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets; monitoring sales performance against targets and providing recommendations for improvements
- Provide sales support and guidance to the team, including training on sales tools, processes, and techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless coordination in achieving sales objectives
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data including customer records, sales pipelines, and contracts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends
- Stay informed about sales best practices, new technologies and industry developments, and make recommendations for their implementation

Key Characteristics
- Has a real sense of luxury – understands fashion and demonstrates ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Motivated for sales and result driven with proven ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas – driven by results, enjoys working independently and as part of a team, has a strong intuition and very courageous to take risks, and displays an energetic and positive attitude at all times
- Aside from a social and positive personality, he/she must be a self-starter; fast and diligent, and proactive problem solver – ability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle uncertainties
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificates/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related subject, and/or any equivalent education or relevant experience
- Good understanding of sales in a luxury environment
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and techniques
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) etc.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue metrics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
