We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Optical Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients, assisting them in choosing eyewear that meets their vision and lifestyle needs, and ensuring that our optical displays are clean, organized, and stocked with the latest eyewear trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and assist them with their eyewear needs
  • Recommend eyewear that best suits patients' vision and lifestyle needs
  • Assist with frame selection and fitting, lens options, and other optical products
  • Ensure that displays are clean, organized, and stocked with the latest eyewear trends
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • recommendations to patients
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Pleasant personality, hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Basic + Product Commission + Personal Target.

Training will be provided:

  • 30Years industry experience on field will guide you on training.
  • SPM leaver / SPM graduater encourage to apply.
