We are looking for an intern to support our billing team. The goal is to efficiently execute day-to-day billing activities according to our requirements and KPIs.

Key Activities/Accountabilities:

  • Check and scan all documents required by customers into the system.
  • Arrange weekly invoice submissions based on customer deadlines.
  • Generate invoices based on cost sheets.
  • Support filing activities.
  • Perform any tasks assigned by your superior.

Working Conditions:

  • Desk-bound role.

Location:

  • Berjaya Park, Seksyen 32, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Qualification:

  • Diploma/Degree holder in any field who can start in April/May 2025.

Technical Skills:

  • Effective communication skills via email, instant messaging, and phone calls.
