  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1.0 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing effective electrostatic protection measures to safeguard the company's products from static damage.
  • Complying with relevant standards such as ISO and IPC is crucial for maintaining the company's reputation and compliance. The ESD specialist ensures that all production lines and operators adhere to electrostatic protection standards, conducting regular inspections and training to avoid compliance risks associated with electrostatic issues.
  • Ensures that products are not affected by electrostatic interference during the production process, which improves the reliability and consistency of the products, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and the company's competitiveness in the market.
  • Responsible for the routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition. The proper functioning of equipment is crucial for the accuracy of experimental results. Any equipment malfunction or failure could lead to inaccurate data, which in turn could impact the research and product development process.
  • Responsible for developing and optimizing laboratory operating procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve experimental efficiency and data consistency. Standardized processes and efficient experimental design help reduce experimental bias, ensuring the reliability of experimental results, which in turn provides high-quality data support for research and development.
  • Needs to work closely with departments such as R&D, production, and quality control to address technical issues in experiments, ensure the accuracy of experimental data, and help other departments better understand the experimental results.

2.0 Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESD management.
  • Hands-on expertise in ANSI ESD S20.20 Standard.
  • Strong experience in quality analysis, problem-solving, project management, and customer audits.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Proficiency in quality improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • High motivation and ability to perform under pressure with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
