  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduated with a Diploma or Degree in any related fields or equivalents qualifications.
  • Have at least 1-3 years of QAQC or Project Management experience in related background.
  • Preferably from Express Industry, and possess good knowledge of supply chain business products and system products, understand warehousing and distribution business scenarios.
  • Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to communicate in multiple language is an advantage.
  • Energetic, determined and highly capable disposition.

Job Description:

  • Develop comprehensive policies, procedures, and standards for the entire logistics process, end-to-end coverage to ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and adequacy of policies.
  • Conducted audits of employee performance to ensure adherence to quality standards, while maintaining positive customer and agency relations.
  • Organize and execute internal audits for drivers, focusing on proof of delivery, proof of pickup, return to seller, and SOP non-compliance.
  • Organized and conducted training and briefing sessions for various teams on new guidelines, utilizing strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.
  • Responsible for damaged parcels and lost parcels: standard, fine and incentives.
  • Administer and reporting damaged parcels and lost parcels’ data.
  • Ensure the policies, standards and workflow carried out efficiently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
