Job description:

  • Coordinating all daily operations of the company, including Supply Chain, OEM/ODM/OBM, Quality Control & Assurance (GMP, HACCP, MyGAP, GlobalGAP, Halal, Mesti etc), Procurement, Project Management and any others non-specific operational activities carry out within the groups.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
  • Working closely with the COO, Operation Director and Operation Team on all matters related to the business.
  • Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
  • Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Business acumen to make business case, assist with business planning, project planning, requirements analysis, training, presentations all the way through the lifecycle.
  • Assist ramping up the sales and marketing teams with promoting and selling of products and services with focus on continuous improvement of the sale process.
  • Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses; including assisting in the build up of Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and Operational Expenditure (OpEx).
  • Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
  • Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
  • Participate in expansion activities and timeline (investments, acquisitions (M&A), corporate alliances etc.) and development of upstream factories.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevance discipline
  • Possess Halal training certification. Any certificates related are added advantage.
  • Experience in a junior execution position.
  • one or more years of experience in operational positions.
  • Understanding of basic business planning and regulatory issues.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
