  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • This is a work from home, Tech Support role. When customers have some problem that can't be solved over the phone or online, their job is to go on site & fix the problem.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for maintaining, supporting and implementing communication network for customer.
  • Deliver assigned task within timeline
  • Maintain on existing network equipment for customer
  • Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution
  • To monitor and resolve all customer trouble ticket process as required
  • To maintain the quality of services and perform precautionary maintenance
  • To provide support to all IT subdivision on the regional source and make sure about its growth
  • To perform the documentation specific reports for repairing causes of networking problems and assess the same via ticketing system
  • They should deliver backup to NOC and manage operating field groups
  • Engineers should provide support and practical backup to protect network infrastructures
  • They should have a basic knowledge of network setups like knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, router installation, and ISP broadband

Requirements :

  • Professional Certification, diploma in IT, Computer Science , Telecommunications or Equivalent
  • Passion on latest technology and willing to learn
  • Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Required language : English
  • Required Skill(s) : Good Communication skills, troubleshoot, IT skills
  • Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
