Position: Account/Finance Intern

Position Type: Contract

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Support payment processing, including invoice recording and payment execution.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate record-keeping for all transactions and timely updates of vendor details in the system.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, such as filing and organizing financial documents.
  • Assist superiors in following up and communicating with various departments to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
  • Contribute to day-to-day accounting and operational tasks.
  • ⁠Assisting the Finance Team in any other accounting matters as and when required by the superior.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Accounting only.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Internship duration: 3 months – 9 months.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Position is open to Malaysian citizens only
  • Please attach the University's Letter regarding your Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
