  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Post Contract:

. Monthly Progress Claims

. Subcon Claims

. Final Claims

. Critical Path Method

. Monthly Progress Report

. Liaison With Subcon

. LA award To Subcon

. Costing and Budgeting

. Site Valuation

. Knowledge in claims preparation and final

claims to Architects / Clients preparation and

final payments

. Knowledge to evaluate and recommend

regularly sub-contractors' interim and final

claims

. Administer and coordinate side orders of

materials, machineries and any other supplies

. Perform quantity take off as and when required

Pre Contract:

. Acquire quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.

. Assist the Contract Manager in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BQ) for pricing.

. Assist in taking off and measuring drawings for tender accuracy.

. Assist in preparing tender document submissions.

REQUIREMENTS :

. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,

Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or

equivalent.

. At least 5 years of working experience

. Posses high integrity, matured with strong

negotiation and inter-personal skill

· Able to work under pressure to meet tight

deadlines

. Independent and resourceful

. Applicants must be willing to pay visit to Project

Site frequently
