Job Responsibilities:

  • To checke all podae , estini, dahaisApp and wakin customer.
  • To work closely with superior on problem solving with solutions and recommendations.
  • To filter and foresee any potential complaints / issue and second level personnel to attend all special /urgent cases.
  • To attend and promote/demo package to walk in customers daily.
  • To assist in filtering complaints and TSS Scheduling.
  • To assist in data entry into system daily.
  • To assist in 121 exchange cases into system and escalated/email to other relevant department.
  • To assist in tribunal chronology and data compiling when necessary.
  • To strictly check and distribute CS Booklet upon request from frontline.
  • To be on shift duty during weekends and public holidays according to agreed schedule.
  • To complete ad-hoc task when necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM.
  • Required skill, MS Excel
  • Preferably candidate who has experience at least one year in Customer Service, Reception, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Able to work shift morning & afternoon.
  • Working Location : Sri Damansara Barat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
