  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, offering timely and effective solutions. Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, databases, and network infrastructure. Install and configure hardware components such as computers, printers, routers and other devices.
  • Implement security protocols and updates to ensure system integrity. Deploy and update software applications, ensuring compatibility and security.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency in using IT systems. Develop instructional materials and documentation for common issu
  • Monitor and manage network performance, identifying and resolving connectivity issues. - Collaborate with network administrators to optimize network efficie
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect against malware, phishing, and other threats.
  • Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Data backup and recovery. Establish and maintain data backup procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Work with IT Procurement to manage equipment and software, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain necessary support and warranty services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Update documentation to reflect changes in the IT environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Experience working with network and server management support.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, hardware, and upgrades.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an information technology role.
  • Ability to think logically, attention to detail and good problem solving skills.
  • Team spirited, responsible and initiative with positive work attitude.
  • Fast learner, self-driven, Self-motivation and Proactive.
  • Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
